Anthony specialises in all aspects of non-contentious private trust matters, wealth structuring for institutional trustees and high net worth individuals together with all related regulatory work, cross-border succession matters and has particular expertise in resealing foreign
grants in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.
Anthony advises executors, beneficiaries and on-shore counsel in relation to applications for grants of probate and letters of administration in deceased estates before the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands and resealing foreign grants, as well as drafting wills specifically
tailored for assets located in the Cayman Islands such as shares in Cayman Islands companies.
Before joining Ogier in 2017, Anthony was senior counsel in the Trusts Group of another offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands for several years. Prior to that, Anthony was a solicitor in the Revenue & Estates Group at Minter Ellison in Brisbane, Australia practising
exclusively in the areas of estate planning and administration, trusts and structuring.
Anthony is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in the Cayman Islands, the Cayman Islands Law Society and the Caymanian Bar Association.
